CR Mortgage & Finance was established in July 2007, with collective finance experience of 16 years.
Our core business is to arrange loans for residential property purchases, commercial finance, equipment finance, leasing and car loans.
Having been involved in the finance industry for some time, Debra and Christina knew that they wanted to offer a more personal touch and a better service than the larger institutions, so they took the plunge to start up CR Mortgage and Finance.

A Finance Broker is a certified professional who seeks the most suitable finance terms for you by accessing a network of lenders that includes major banks, credit unions and other finance companies (brokers may also draw on local lenders that aren't part of a network).
This panel of lenders provides brokers with interest rates on a near-daily basis. While we have relationships with the country's biggest lenders, a Finance Broker is not beholden to any of them.

A loan to purchase a New Home, Investment Property or building a house. The loan is secured by a mortgage on the property with repayment terms being normally over 30 years. Please ask us for more information about REBA (a government grant of up to $2,000.00 for first home buyers) or the First Home Owners Grant to find out if you are eligible.
Re-Finance, Debt Consolidation, Top-Ups
Bridging Loan A short-term mortgage loan, the proceeds of which are to be used to purchase a new home, generally secured by a mortgage on the existing home and generally due and payable upon sale of the existing home.
Release Equity in Your Home
Equity is simply the difference between what your property is worth and what you owe. For example, if you have $200,000 to pay off on a home worth $600,000, you have $400,000 worth of equity. You may be able to borrow against this amount to renovate, invest in shares or managed funds, buy another property or refinance your mortgage.
